Ruby Ridge

In the final days of summer 1992, a small group of US Marshals crept their way toward a remote cabin in northern Idaho, lived in by a family of white separatists called the Weavers. In the next few minutes, a harrowing shootout ensued, leaving a Marshal and 14 year-old Sammy Weaver dead. For the next 11 days, a standoff between hundreds of FBI officers and the surviving Weavers would rivet the nation. Before it was over, it would destroy a family, rouse the passions of millions, and shake federal law enforcement to its core.
