Bonnie & Clyde

The third in John Maggio's outlaw trilogy, Bonnie and Clyde takes a fresh look at the two young lovers whose depression-era crime spree made them famous, but cost them their lives.  The film explores Clyde Barrow's early years and his brutal treatment in a Texas prison that transformed him from petty criminal to ruthless killer and Bonnie Parker, the star-struck teenager looking for adventure who gave up her life to be by his side.

Though Bonnie and Clyde's legend endures their deaths marked the end of the bloody gangster era in America, an era that included John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson and Pretty Boy Floyd, and heralded the creation of J. Edgar Hoover's FBI.
